Street photography in Sicily

We’ve just got back from 10 days in Sicliy, basing ourselves in Taormina. As well as all the usual holiday snaps of ancient monuments and landscapes, I indulged in some street photography. I’ve just taken delivery of a Canon R6 full-frame mirrorless camera, and the focussing and silent electronic shutter make it a really effective tool for this type of work (although as you’ll see from a couple of the shots it doesn’t make you totally immune to detection). In any case, nerve-wracking stuff, but I’m pleased with the results.
