Swans and cygnets

In a local park, there are a pair of swans who successfully raise a large brood of cygnets every year, helped no doubt in part by people supplementing their normal diet with everything from the usual stale bread (bad) to the more thoughtful grapes cut in half(!) Here’s some shots of the large family chilling out in the sun of a bank holiday weekend.
