Deer

Knole Park is the only remaining medieval deer park in Kent, and one where the public can get very close to the animals. The deer at Knole are renowned for being very tame because a lot of people visit the park and feed them crisps and bread, which is against the law and potentially makes the deer aggressive and dangerous. There are two types of deer at Knole: the Fallow deer. with the brown and white spots, and the Japanese Sika, usually a more timid creature that tends to be a little secretive and hides in woodland, although on my visit they were just hanging out with the Fallows.
