Medical emergency at Lakenheath

There was a large crowd at Lakenheath when I arrived, being a beautiful day in the school holidays. Unfortunately, one of the people there suffered a medical emergency, with the Norfolk and Suffolk air ambulance being called out to assist. The pilot made a landing in quite a tight spot just outside the airfield perimeter. My photo of the landing in progress, at their request, has been made available for the air ambulance service to use in their publicity/ fundraising materials.
